Dr. Yu Cao is the Vice President, Global Head of Drug Discovery, and U.S. Site Executive at GenEditBio. A distinguished immunologist and scientific leader, he brings over 15 years of experience advancing discovery programs across immuno-oncology, autoimmunity, neuroimmunology, and hematology in both academia and industry.

Yu has held key roles at Tessera Therapeutics, Agios Pharmaceuticals, and the Moffitt Cancer Center. Widely published in leading journals, he continues to drive innovations in gene editing and therapeutic development.
