BIOGRAPHY

Adam Miller is an independent bioprocessing consultant and the founder of Great Blue Bioprocess Consulting. He has guided multiple gene therapy and biologics programs from research through clinical development, specialising in upstream cell culture and GMP manufacturing.

Adam’s expertise includes designing scalable production platforms, improving product quality, and resolving process transfer challenges. Previously the Director of Process Development at Encoded Therapeutics, he also held key roles at CytomX and Maxygen and serves on the advisory board of the Amgen Bioprocessing Center at Keck Graduate Institute.
